The mission of the New Canaan Society for the Arts, Inc. is to promote the visual and performing arts, and to enrich the community through exhibitions, education, and cultural experiences, and to operate the Carriage Barn Arts Center. SAXE 5/6 PRODUCTION: ALADDIN, JR! NOVEMBER 7th & 8th

Bring the whole family to see Saxe Intermediate School's 5/6th grade production of Aladdin, Jr. Opening night is Friday November 7th at 7pm, with additional performances on Saturday, November 8th at 1pm and 4pm at the Saxe auditorium. The performance is based on the Disney musical about a lovable street urchin who meets Princess Jasmine and stumbles on a magical lamp that unleashes a larger-than-life Genie. The show is appropriate for all ages.Tickets are $12, and can be purchased here.

Election Day Family Fun, Tuesday Nov.4th

Join The New Canaan Museum & Historical Society's Children's Committee on Election Day for a delicious All-American lunch with Chez Lenard hotdogs, a bounce house, patriotic craft, touch a truck, and a NC Fire Dept. fire truck, and a voting booth for kids. Register here.

New Canaan Jr. Cheer Pantry Drive, Nov.1st-22nd

Please help support New Canaan Jr. Cheer Team in donating pantry items to the police station prior to Nov 23. This is a friendly competition with Darien’s jr. cheer team but ultimately working together to donate all the goods to Filling in the Blanks. Please see the attached flyer of most requested items.
