East School PTC Expense Reimbursement

 

Thanks to the generosity of the East school community, each year the PTC funds several activities, events and resources to support our East school students and teacher/staff community. If you are a volunteer who has an approved PTC expense please click HERE and follow the instructions within to submit (receipts are required and can be a photo or PDF/file upload). All expenses must be within budget and approved by the appropriate VP and/or Treasurer. Building Use Form

This form is to be completed anytime an event is taking place on school property. Include the following information on the form:

  • Event Description
  • Date(s) Requested
  • Time (beginning, end and set up)
  • Facility / Room Requested
  • Technology Needs (if any)
  • Special Custodial Set Up Needs (if any)
  • Event Contact Name and Cell Number

Tax Exemption

East School PTC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Purchases made for PTC events and programs are tax exempt. If you need a certificate to receive tax exemption, please contact eastptceblast@gmail.com.
